My name is Olfa Kilani and I’m a university teacher in Tunisia in the field of biotechnology and since less than a year, I have created my own start up called Kyto Prod which promotes the virtues of chitosan. The discovery of the various virtues of chitosan has enabled me to win several prizes including that of the best teacher-researcher in 2014 awarded by the head of the government of Tunisia.
Have you ever heard of chitosan? The biological activities related to this molecule are very interesting and exploitable in different fields such as: cosmetics, food and medical.
